Virtual Worker
Study
LOMA is currently studying the unique personal attributes that are required
for success as a Virtual Worker - individuals who work remotely full time
- with the goal of developing a new assessment test that will effectively
measure these characteristics. Clients will be able to use this test as a
stand-alone diagnostic tool as well as to supplement their current testing

Level Study
As
LOMA continues to improve the LOMASelect®-Entry
Level system, our team of experts is embarking on a study to further enhance the
measurement of soft skills and personal attributes. The project will
create: a comprehensive array of test modules that will validly measure the most
important soft skills for successful employees;
tests that are effective in proctored as well as unproctored environments; flexible
solutions to meet the needs of financial services company for any non-management
