She has been the director o HR at several large companies including former LIC member Providian Corporation and KFC, Inc. she is now a national faculty member and facilitator for the Society of Human Resources and has many corporate clients who depend on her help on internal HR issues. Allgeier is known for engaging her audience with a high degree of participation. She has been a recent contributor to the Steven Covey book, “Conversations on Success,” in which she gives an extensive interview on what makes people successful. Berent (Lt. Colonel U.S. Air Force (ret.) is a successful novelist who traded in his fighter pilot wings to become a writer. He won the Silver Star, the second highest award in the American Armed Forces for his duty served flying numerous combat missions over North Vietnam. Berent’s “Rolling Thunder” series has been endorsed by friends such as Tom Clancy, W.E.B. Griffin and Chuck Yeager.
