Designed to help candidates and their sponsors
understand the nature of the program, the application process also helps LOMA
identify individuals who will benefit most from participating.
Candidates must be recommended by a management sponsor, usually a direct supervisor.
LOMA reviews all applications and has sole approval authority.
Part 1 of the application is completed by the
candidate.
Part 2 is completed by the candidate’s management sponsor,
usually the candidate’s direct supervisor.
