This survey system provides an ongoing measurement of your customers' opinions about a specific type of transaction (i.e. revisions to policies, claims, CSR performance, etc.).  This is also a valuable tool for companies that are trying to evaluate the impact of certain process changes on the ability to improve satisfaction.

The cost of return postage and data entry is included, as well as a monthly report (including a trend line analysis), and more periodic reports which provide a more in-depth analysis of the results.  

Each project is customized to your specific need -- what transactions are to be addressed and what specific areas of customer satisfaction are to be measured (timeliness, accuracy, responsiveness, etc.).  Additionally, you can further breakdown the study to gather more meaningful information (i.e. by product line, regional office, etc.).
