The LOMA Customer Service Conference 2009 is the only venue that convenes service experts of leading financial services companies for a day and a half of learning and networking on the latest issues unique to this industry. Approximately 275 service professionals attended the 2008 conference, ranging from managers and team leaders to presidents and C-level executives.  Click here to view the 2008 attendee list.

Now Accepting Proposals for Presentations
Do you have a great topic idea for the 2009 event?  Do you know someone who would be a terrific speaker?  If so, contact us! Possible topics to be covered, as applied to the financial services industry, include:

• Becoming a customer-centric organization
• eCustomer Service, including electronic signatures and online service requests
• Technology, including IVR and customer self-service
• Proactive customer service initiatives
• Customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Linking customer service to organizational goals
• Customer service training including effective oral and written communications

Individuals accepted as speakers receive a complimentary registration to the conference. (Speakers are responsible for their travel and hotel expenses.)

To submit a proposal, send a brief description of your topic, along with the name, title and company of the proposed speaker to insops@loma.org or call Jim Huffman, AVP Insurance Operations at 770-984-6446. Please send your proposals by August 15, 2008.  Proposals submitted after that date will be accepted and considered for the program.
