Exhibitor
Fee: $2,700
One complimentary conference registrations is included with each display
reserved. One additional individual may register for the conference at the rate of
$495 per person. Each additional person can
register at the standard rate of $925 per person. The exhibiting
organization may elect to register additional staff members at any time prior to
the conference.
SPACE
ASSIGNMENTS – Space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized
displays. Each exhibiting
organization will receive:

Display selections are not
confirmed until the Conference Organizers have a signed contract. Spaces will be
assigned by the Conference Organizers based on the order in which the contracts
are received. Unpaid display spaces after August 22, 2008 will be subject to
being re-sold to other clients.
Displays should be assembled
no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, September 22.
Displays may be dismantled and removed at the conclusion of the 9:30 a.m.
refreshment break on Wednesday, September 24.
Displays will be located in
the area immediately adjacent to the primary meeting rooms for the conference.
While there are no official hours for the exhibits, exhibitors are
encouraged to have staff at their display during the following functions and
times (tentative):

Displays may be taken down at the end of this refreshment break.
It is in the best interest of
the exhibitors to have a representative at their display during these periods.
Each exhibitor will receive two conference registrations for use by the exhibit
staff to attend the entire conference and all functions associated with the
conference.

OPPORTUNITIES:
Sponsorships are not confirmed until the Conference Organizers have a signed

Sponsors of the above events
will automatically receive the following:

exhibit space with one electrical outlet - the exhibit area will be host
to a reception Monday evening, continental breakfast each morning and an
extended breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday.

for 2 people. Additional personnel can be registered at the rate of $
975. The individuals will be officially registered and listed as delegates
and invited to attend all conference events.

Conference
Materials
Provide
us with your branded item(s) and we will stuff them into the attendee bags.
You can provide pens, pads, Post-It Notes, luggage tags or highlighters.
If you have an item that is not listed that you would like to provide,
please contact us to discuss directly. The
cost for this is $1,200 for each item that you choose to provide.

Organizations
exhibiting at The Critical Illness Insurance Conference (CIIC) may also exhibit
at the DI & LTC Insurer’s Forum being held at the same site September 24-26,
