Below is an overview of employee benefits provided by LOMA (a division of LL Global, Inc.) and answers commonly asked questions about our benefits package.

Benefits for Full-time Employees

You and your dependents are eligible to receive comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage starting on your first day of employment. Both plans are contributory.

Life Insurance

LL Global pays for term life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel insurance for employees. Employees can purchase supplemental term life and dependent term life insurance.

Disability Insurance

LL Global also pays for short and long term disability insurance. Employees can purchase supplemental long-term disability insurance.

401(k)

First of the month following your date of hire; you can elect to participate in our 401(K) plan. LL Global matches dollar for dollar up to 5%.

Education Benefits

Tuition reimbursement is available for college or university-level courses that are related to your job and financial support for approved financial services industry/non-industry designations.

Vacations and Holidays

Everyone deserves a vacation. So, whether you’re a part-time or full-time employee, you accrue vacation time according to your length of service. As your years of service increase, so does your vacation time. Depending upon your employment date, you receive eight paid corporate holidays. In addition, you may also be eligible to take up to four paid floating holidays your first year.
