How do I apply online for a job at LOMA?

Click on the “Career” section of the website. This will bring you to our career page with the posted job openings. Click on the job opening in which you are interested and you will see the job description, qualifications, required skills and experience/education. Click on the “Apply Now” button and it will bring you to a page where you can fill out your contact information and allow you to attach your cover letter/resume. Click the “Submit” button when you are all set.

How do I know if the job I am applying for is the right fit?

You’ll want to review the job posting and the required qualifications so you have an understanding of the job for which you are applying. If you’re looking for a diverse environment where our core values are instilled in everything we do then you’ve come to the right place. We treat one another with respect and act with integrity in all we do. As one of our staff members, you will have the opportunity to belong on a team where your work is meaningful.

Can you explain the screening process?

The screening will take place on the phone. We will call those who meet all job qualifications to have a more in depth discussion about your background and interest in the job. Following the screening process, if we determine the job would be a good fit for the applicant, we will contact you for an interview.

Do I have to apply online?

It is strongly recommended for you to apply online. That is the fastest and easiest way for us to review your application.

What do the names LIMRA and LOMA mean?

Over the years, the brands have had several names, and today they are the only names we use. They are not acronyms; globally we are recognized as simply LIMRA and LOMA.

LL Global is the corporate entity and employer. LIMRA and LOMA are the brands we market.
