How it Works
The system consists of two paper-and-pencil test batteries. Battery #1 provides
developmental data in addition to selection information. Battery #2 provides
selection information only. A three-test supplement, which can be used with
either battery, tests for basic skills.
A development feedback guide is available to help companies deliver development feedback to test takers. The guide provides
instruction and tools for conducting an effective feedback session and creating
an action plan for improvement.
