you successfully complete the five courses in your elected concentration
of LOMA's ACS Program, you will receive a personalized diploma and can
proudly include the ACS designation after your name. After you've earned
your ACS, consider continuing your customer service education by earning
the Professional, Customer Service
(PCS) designation.
